So at the end of the school year last year (2019-20) our Staff was trying to find a fun way to continue to engage with Students and Families while still on Virtual Learning. So I suggested we create a Staff Photo because we hadn’t take a picture of all of us that year. In order to do that, I asked teachers and staff members to create a Bitmoji (some also used the Facebook version of Bitmoji) and send a pose to me. I used a Google Image of the front of our school building, added the staff members Bitmojis as they were sent to me, I added a number next to each picture.
I ended up making it a competition for families to see how many of the staff members they could guess correctly! In order to do this I create a Google Form with the corresponding numbers. After, I posted the Staff Picture as a PDF and the link to the Google Form for families and students to guess on ClassDojo we have families 1 week to make their guesses. Then we announced which family had won! The staff had as much fun with it as the families did! It was an awesome way to bring a school-home connection even through Virtual Learning!

Hi Katie,
I’ve made a staff picture with 80 people. I’d like to print an additional silhouette type staff pic where I can number the people and make a key as to who is where, one without their faces and outfits, just the bitmoji outlines. Is that possible?

SOOOO… I’ve done some playing around and you CAN! (it might take a little bit of playing around for you as well) if you made it in Google Slides (like I did) So when you click on the Bitmoji image, then click up at the top “Format Options” a screen on the right will pop up, go down to Adjustments – then under Brightness there should be a square in the middle of a line… pull that square allllllll the way to the left. It will make your image completely BLACK (make it the “silhouette” you were looking for). The tricky part about this is that you’ll have to slide that square over on each image… sorry! BUT the good news is, that when you click from Bitmoji to Bitmoji the Format Options will stay there, and the Adjustments “tab” will stay open, so you can click and drag, then click on a new Bitmoji pretty quickly. I hope that helps!!! 🙂
